Leading cloud specialists for the public sector. I worked on a wide variety of UX design projects as the principle UX/UI Designer for Skyscape.

 

One of my largest projects consisted of redesigning and building the corporate website, creating a fresh new online identity.

The site was developed in Wordpress (for ease of use), using Bootstrap 3 framework.

 

The result was a much more sophisticated site, designed with simplicity in mind. The new navigation helps users to find what they need fast.

 

The launch saw vastly improved SEO rankings, with a rapid increase in site traffic within 3 months of go live. Our sign up to trial figures esculated. And as our new recruitment initiative took off and we started seeing more talented candidates with the skills we needed to evolve the company and be seen as the leading cloud provider for the UK Public Sector.

 

Other projects included; reskinning the customer/partner portal, dashboard designs, UX and UI for the support team to manage incidents and outages, and many other projects such as forming and managing the new 'Customer Voice Team' to help springboard us into becoming a customer first, user centred organisation.

Working within an Agile environment, using scrum processes for creative product design.
